Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra or “yogic sleep” takes place with you lying on the floor, like a refreshing mid-afternoon nap. Your instructor will lead a guided body scan into an easeful meditation. Yoga Nidra allows you to experience a sense of internal peace through the layer of your being. You will emerge feeling relaxed, present and rejuvenated.
